Job Summary
Assist the Head Women’s Soccer Coach in all facets of the program, including practices, player instruction, game preparation, recruiting, travel coordination, and NCAA compliance tasks. Demonstrates understanding of Walsh University policies and NCAA II rules; requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in Women’s Soccer. Must possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to supervise student athletes. On-campus role located in North Canton, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 3 years’ experience in the sport of Women’s Soccer, including playing and/or coaching
- Ability to instruct and supervise student athletes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with charity towards students, staff and faculty
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
