Job Summary
Conduct practice drills, implement game strategy, and manage the in-season and off-season training schedule for women's lacrosse student athletes. Formulate daily and weekly practice plans while assisting with recruitment, team on-boarding, and annual rule change reviews. Support the head coach in developing a network of prospects matching the college's academic and athletic profile. This part-time role requires knowledge of NCAA Division III regulations and local/state rules.
