Job Summary
Provide instruction to women's lacrosse student-athletes on fundamentals and strategies, while assisting in recruiting and retaining skilled athletes. Actively support the NCAA's Life in the Balance platform and monitor the academic progress of all team members. Manage team equipment, secure donations and sponsorships, and arrange lodging and meals for team trips. Assume head coach duties during their absence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of work-related experience
- Excellent communication skills (written or oral)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with a diverse group of constituencies
