Job Summary
Assist Women’s Basketball Coach in Lesley University’s NCAA Division III program. Responsibilities include practice planning, recruiting, player development, film analysis, equipment management, and team event planning. Support all aspects of program operations, including fundraising and community service, while ensuring adherence to NCAA and conference rules. Lead recruiting efforts, help make strategic in-game decisions, and participate in admissions events to attract student-athletes. Requires night/weekend hours and potential overnight travel, with a part-time schedule based in Cambridge, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Previous successful collegiate coaching experience OR experience competing at the college, semi-professional, professional, or international level (required)
- Ability to participate in admissions events such as Open Houses, Accepted Students Day, and other new student events
- Knowledge and understanding of NCAA Division III rules and regulations
- A valid U.S. driver’s license or the ability to commute to practices/competitions
- Requires night and weekend hours and potential overnight travel
