Job Summary
Assist the Head Women’s Basketball Coach in operating a competitive NCAA Division III women’s basketball program, with responsibilities spanning player development, recruiting, scouting, film breakdown, social media/content creation, community engagement, and game-day operations. Develop and implement player development plans, recruit qualified student-athletes, coordinate scouting and game preparation, create engaging digital content, organize community outreach, and support academic progress and program operations. Maintain compliance with NCAA, Empire 8, and College policies; participate in campus events and represent the College professionally. Evening/weekend travel and flexible hours expected. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and collegiate-level coaching/playing experience. Preferred qualifications include prior collegiate coaching, recruiting, scouting, and content-creation/social media experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- previous coaching and/or playing experience at the collegiate level or equivalent competitive experience
