Job Summary
Assistant Wellness Salon Manager role supporting the salon manager with staffing, achieving sales goals, scheduling, expense monitoring, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsible for training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff; coaching and counseling employees; ensuring cleanliness and organization; analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits; and fostering a positive, team-based environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of supervisory experience, and proven retail/customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication and the ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 pounds are required. Flexible availability including nights and weekends; competitive compensation includes base pay plus up to 12% commission and monthly bonuses.
Required Qualifications

- One-year supervisory experience
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods, for 7+ hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
