Job Summary
Assistant Wellness Director responsible for the overall direction of clinical resident care services, delivering a 1440 experience, optimizing performance, and leading employee connections within our community. Requires LPN or RN licensure in the state, with preferred Assisted Living/Memory Care experience and prior supervisory experience. Lead and manage the team to ensure right care at the right price with appropriate staffing; oversee admissions, care conferences, and care plans; verify MARS/TARS accuracy with pharmacy; provide dementia-specific training and educational sessions; ensure compliance with 1440 care standards; maintain strong communication with residents and families; flexible schedule including on-call, weekends, and holidays; travel to various locations if required.
Required Qualifications
- LPN or RN license in state
- experience with dementia/alzheimer’s residents
- supervisory experience
- education/licensure in health care or related field
- ability to read/write and interpret documents
- mathematical ability for measurements and care calculations
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- adequate training in dementia care
