Job Summary
Assist Wellness Director to lead staff in resident-centered care, coordinate staffing and scheduling, participate in recruitment and training, conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans, supervise medication management including MAR/EMAR processes, lead regular staff meetings and daily huddles, ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance through incident reporting and investigations, and collaborate with internal staff and external vendors to maintain seamless care in a Civitas Senior Living community.
Required Qualifications
- Arizona State Certified Caregiver
- background in senior care
- wellness or medication management capacity
