Job Summary
Support the Well Site Leader in daily well operation supervision and prepare technical calculations for critical activities including casing and cementing. Manage tangible inventory and verify equipment contract compliance while developing daily cost estimates. Oversee safe operations under HSE leadership to build competency for the Well Site Leader role. Located in Maturín, this position requires over 10 years of well operations experience with a focus on Completion & Well Intervention, technical or engineering education, and intermediate English. SLB is reactivating operations in Venezuela, offering this opportunity for career growth within their team.
