Assistant Welder

Perform job setup and basic finishing work including grinding, operating brake and/or shear machines, and performing saw cuts to assist welders and fabricators. This role supports high-impact infrastructure projects within a team of 8,000 employees and 18,000 pieces of heavy equipment. Candidates must have completed weld school with 0-2 years of experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments under tight deadlines.
