Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for participants, providing information and support. Collect and verify client documentation and assist with enrollments. Support case management and data entry with precision and confidentiality. Coordinate and assist in facilitation of workshops, job fairs, and calendar scheduling for the program team. This role requires a High School diploma/GED and strong organizational skills, with Spanish/English bilingualism preferred.
