Job Summary
Lead warehouse team operations and supervise daily activities for manufacturing support. Oversee shift planning, task coordination, training and safety audits; drive accuracy in inventory using SAP/MRP, manage packaging, loading, shipping/receiving, and adherence to SOPs and QA requirements; ensure team meets production objectives and maintains GMP/warehouse safety standards; requires forklift operation, strong communication, and ability to train staff.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous warehouse experience
- Clean DMV record with valid driver’s license
- 1-2 years of Warehouse Assistant II role experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Standup reach and sit-down forklift experience
- Strong English communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with SAP and MRP systems
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Ability to read and interpret SOPs and GMP documentation
- Experience coordinating workflow, planning shifts, and supervising team members
- Ability to train staff and implement corrective actions
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counts
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends
- Knowledge of safety rules and procedures in a warehouse environment
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and operating equipment
- Demonstrated ability to work with amino acids, vitamins and fine chemicals (as mentioned)
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Problem solving and root-ccause analysis skills
