Job Summary
Oversee the supervision of the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory. Support the Warehouse Manager by preparing items for shipping, storing, and conducting inventory counts while ensuring shipment accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Review shipping discrepancies, rectify problems with relevant team members, and assist in selecting, training, and motivating staff. Order warehouse supplies as needed and maintain accurate records. Requires a valid driver's license and experience in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
