Job Summary
Assistant Warehouse Manager leads daily warehouse operations under the Warehouse Supervisor, coordinating shipping/receiving/picking/packing/inventory, training and coaching staff, enforcing safety and policies, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating with Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure timely orders in a fast-paced facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move products as needed
