Job Summary
The Assistant Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse activities, supervising personnel and coordinating productivity to meet or exceed daily performance. Responsibilities include unloading/loading and distributing products, using scanners for bin placement and order picking, stocking inventory, and reconciling physical counts. Leadership and communication skills are required to motivate staff, manage time and planning, ensure quality and safety, and report issues. Requires forklift and manlift (cherry picker) experience, basic computer skills with Accellos software, and the ability to organize, supervise, and evaluate staff. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm; pay up to $55,000 based on experience. Required Qualifications
- One year minimum previous warehouse experience
- Forklift operator experience
- Manlift operator experience (cherry picker)
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Accellos software
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate employees

- Unload trucks and distribute products
- Use scanners to place parts in bins and pull orders
- Stock parts on racks and locate properly
- Pull orders and reconcile inventory
- Load trucks and secure product
- Administer disciplinary action and assist in evaluations
- Monitor hours and manage timecards
- Deliver daily summary emails
- Secure the building at close
- All other duties as assigned
