Job Summary
Manage daily warehouse operations by directing assignments, conducting inventory management and cycle counts, and facilitating process improvements to increase efficiency. Lead team performance through coaching conversations, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews while regularly interviewing candidates for Material Handler and Warehouse Lead roles. Collaborate with the department head to resolve bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement methods, ensuring safe working principles are practiced across the team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ year experience in warehouse work
- Demonstrated record of coaching employees to success, one-to-one as well as a team
- Tech savvy with experience in Microsoft productivity programs and other software solutions
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds regularly
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Talking, listening, and typing for extended periods of time
- Occasionally required to bend, kneel, and reach
- Leadership: able to provide clear direction and motivate diverse team members
- Experience managing quality and accuracy metrics
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to promote a safe and healthy work environment

Desired Qualifications
- Spanish language skills a plus
