Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve items promptly while ensuring tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service. Anticipate guest needs, handle inquiries and complaints courteously, and collaborate with the kitchen team to meet quality standards. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean environment and assist with table preparation for special occasions. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 25 pounds. Pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications for working at sea.
