Job Summary
Assistant Waiter/ess at Helios Restaurant, a seasonal position for 2026 within Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens. Assist wait staff by describing menu items, taking and communicating guest orders, maintaining service areas and buffets, stocking supplies, serving beverages and accompaniments, collaborating with other departments, handling tea/coffee equipment, and supporting in-room dining as needed. Requires courteous, professional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospitality environment; English fluency is essential and Greek language skills are advantageous. Minimum 6–7 month contract; European work authorization required.
