Assistant Volleyball Coach

Conduct daily practices emphasizing skill development, team systems, and conditioning while providing position-specific technical feedback to student-athletes. Evaluate athlete performance to contribute to individualized development plans and coordinate with athletic training staff on strength, conditioning, and injury prevention. Identify and recruit prospective student-athletes through film review, scouting, and camps, maintaining recruiting records in accordance with NAIA regulations. Assist the Head Coach with game planning, scouting reports, and tactical adjustments, supporting match-day preparation and in-game responsibilities. Collaborate with admissions, financial aid, and compliance teams to manage roster operations, while assisting with team travel, practice logistics, and internal documentation. Uphold compliance with Talladega College, NAIA, and conference policies while serving as a mentor to student-athletes.
