Job Summary
Manage and lead the Vitamin/HBA team by coordinating production, merchandising, and sales through ongoing planning, direction, and goal setting. Assist with ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and recruiting while ensuring all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed. Provide customer guidance on vitamins, supplements, and health products to help them make informed choices without prescribing. Perform general housekeeping, unload deliveries, and handle heavy lifting and maneuvering of carts and ladders throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- minimum of 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties
- acceptable combination of education and experience
- Be dependable and reliable
- ability to work flexible schedule that changes; including night, weekends, and holidays

- ability to move a ladder to access product requiring a force up to 5 lbs., up to 2 hours, for a distance up to 25 feet
- ability to maneuver a utility cart holding 20 lbs. requiring a force up to 35 lbs., up to 2 hours, a distance up to 20 feet
- ability to walk a total up to 3 miles in an 8 hour shift
