Assistant Virtual Construction Manager

Lead BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement while managing VDC Planners and Modelers to ensure work quality. Develop detailed BIM coordination schedules, create execution plans, and manage MEP coordination meetings, checklists, and RFI generation. Set up Navis models, manage clash reports, and create supplemental coordination deliverables through the submittal process. Perform in-house laser scan services, develop placeholder equipment models, and generate schedule delay/impact reports. Complete precon constructability reviews and advise on MEP trade scope. Maintain high software competency through continuous training and create company resources for BIM adoption. This role supports the Sr. Director of Engineering Services on corporate strategy and aligns with Shawmut's employee-owned culture and national workplace awards.
