Lead a team of Regional Managers to execute field collection processes and drive portfolio performance across multiple due stages. Formulate zonal collection strategies based on market dynamics and portfolio segmentation while identifying critical non-performing segments for legal resolution. Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors and agency managers to track metrics, ensure cost adherence, and maintain compliance with audit requirements. Monitor field collections by vintage and region to optimize operational costs and enforce 100% SVCL coverage at all vendor locations. Report monthly cost provisions to Finance and evaluate new markets for expansion in alignment with sales growth plans.
