Identify critical non-performing segments to apply legal hardship tools and conduct regular performance reviews with vendors and agency managers to track portfolio health. Monitor field collections by bucket, vintage, and region to ensure cost adherence and compliance with audit requirements. Identify upcoming markets for expansion and evaluate operational setup based on volume growth.
