Assistant Vice President/Vice President, Sales - CIB

Job Summary
Role focuses on origination and execution of CIB transactions with solution-driven financing for semiconductor, GX/sustainability, structured finance, and M&A-related financing. Prepare deal proposals and credit materials, coordinate cross-product solutions with internal units (Transaction Banking, Global Markets, Investment Banking) and external advisors, analyze client financials and sector data to structure solutions, identify credit, legal, tax, and execution risks, support pipeline development for the BSA/CIB platform, and engage with cross-border stakeholders across Taiwan and APAC. Requires strong English and Chinese (Traditional) business writing, intermediate Japanese, finance/accounting knowledge, and ability to manage end-to-end processes with cross-functional teams. Occasional overseas travel and potential online meetings across time zones; role offers exposure to international/cross-border transactions in Semiconductor, AI, Quantum Computing, and Green Transformation.
