Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Corporate Banking

Job Summary
Solicit and develop corporate banking business while maintaining credit quality by exploring new opportunities and developing accounts independently. Proactively participate in marketing corporate financial services across lending, syndication, treasury, and other products, working with Product Teams to cross-sell solutions. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients while adhering to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements. For Vice President level, assist the Team Head in coaching and supervising junior team members. Requires a degree in Business Administration, 3-5 years of corporate banking marketing experience, and relevant licenses or CCRP(CL) qualification. Based in Hong Kong, this role supports China CITIC Bank International's offshore commercial banking platform.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and relationship management in corporate banking
- Experience preferably gained from international banking environment
- Required qualifications and license under SFC for dealing in securities
- Possess the qualification of Certified Credit Risk Management Professional (Commercial Lending) (CCRP(CL))

- Formal credit analysis training
- Understand the operating features, transactional mechanism and pricing structure of Trade Product and Services
- Understand the operating features, transactional mechanism and pricing structure of Corporate & Institutional Lending
- Understand the operating features, transactional mechanism and pricing structure of Treasury Products
- Understand industry and market developments relating to corporate banking
- Understand the Bank's policies, governance frameworks, procedures, practices, standards and applicable local and regional regulations
