Job Summary
Client Services Relationship Manager in Tokyo within Brookfield’s Global Client Group to support Japanese institutional clients and the Oaktree product suite. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day client servicing, onboarding, reporting, and diligence activities; lead client reviews, investor conferences, and escalation of client issues; collaborate with internal teams (Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to maintain effective communication between Tokyo and global offices; assist with investment due diligence and sales enablement, coordinate RFP responses and proposals, and stay informed on Japanese investors’ themes and market trends. Requires 6+ years in financial services or investment management, superior bilingual Japanese-English communication, and a strong understanding of Japan’s institutional credit investment landscape. Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
