Assistant Vice President - Thematic & Spot Audit

Oversee Thematic and Quarterly Revenue Review audits; manage third-party vendor relations and data for audit activities; ensure end-to-end timely closure of audit reports; track risk events and devise triggers for thematic and spot audits; manage the RFP process for audit vendors (SOW finalization, tendering, onboarding); coordinate with Data Analytics Unit and regulators as required; prepare final audit updates for management and Audit Committee; ensure adherence to audit manuals/policies and maintain documentation; collaborate with external consultants and ensure timely data availability for regulators and third-party QA activities.
