Job Summary
Identify, analyze, and optimize business processes to pinpoint opportunities for digitalization and automation. Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalization roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the organization's overarching strategy. Design and implement scalable automation solutions, leveraging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and machine learning to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects and initiatives, ensuring their completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Lead the analysis of operational data to evaluate performance, identify optimization opportunities, and derive actionable insights. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, quality, and account management, to lead the transformation agenda. This role drives operational excellence through strategic implementation of digital solutions within DBS Risk Management Group in Mumbai.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategic transformation, digital transformation, or process excellence
- proven track record in a service sector operations environment
- Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Ability to evaluate large, complex data sets and derive clear, actionable insights
- Knowledge of existing and emerging technology landscapes, including AI, big data, and cybersecurity
- Innovative approach to identifying problems and developing solutions
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams, and influence stakeholders effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Embrace change and continuous improvement, and adapt to rapidly advancing technology
- Proven ability to integrate traditional Lean Six Sigma discipline with modern, AI-first operating models
- Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end implementation of digitalization and automation initiatives
- Proficiency in working with automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms), low-code/no-code platforms, and AI/ML applications
- Experience in product ownership, roadmap management, backlog prioritization, and value realization
- Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and reporting solutions
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and global projects
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
