Job Summary
Senior client-relationship-focused AVP role in Risk Management (Broking) at Marsh Risk, based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least three days in the office. Lead as a seasoned contributor to grow and retain client accounts, draft client-facing documents (white papers, approaches, quantitative analyses, and presentations), conduct market research and data analyses to identify growth opportunities, manage escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for large, complex accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 8 years' minimum prior experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem solving skills
