Job Summary
Lead executive research and relationship intelligence efforts by preparing briefing materials, managing strategic data across CRM and LinkedIn tools, and developing innovative tools to enhance research speed and depth. Manage a team of analysts by overseeing task allocation, prioritization, and deliverable quality while driving initiatives to integrate relationship intelligence into firm-wide workflows. Maintain robust process documentation and ensure high-quality data standards across databases. Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage insights for their workflows and surface actionable intelligence for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- 7+ years of work experience
- Robust track record of delivering high-quality deliverables to an executive audience
- Experience managing a small team as a player-coach with a growth-oriented mindset
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI) and Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work, with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, limitations and appropriate use of AI generated outputs
- Strong working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and professional social networks
- Strong working knowledge of data stewardship best practices
- Strong working knowledge of relationship intelligence concepts
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time and priorities effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive cross-functional partnerships
