Job Summary
The Assistant Vice President, Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of CLS projects through comprehensive project planning, execution, risk management, and resource allocation. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, tracking project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring documentation adheres to company standards. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a relevant field, along with extensive project management experience and proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders across various levels are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience in technology or financial industry
- Experience in managing projects using SDLC (Waterfall and/or Agile)
- Manage project finance including project resource forecasting and ongoing tracking
- Manage stakeholders across different levels
- Experience in working with cross functional teams in multiple time zones
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Access)
- Excellent internal client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Desired Qualifications
- FX trading, settlement or processes experience
- Knowledge of SDLC process and documentation across different SDLC phases
- Risk management knowledge
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
