Job Summary
Apply detailed knowledge of post trade confirmation, matching, and settlements to assist in product development and advance the roadmap. Produce business and technical requirement documents based on competitive analysis and regulatory trends. Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop feature specifications, and partner with engineering and QA to implement and refine features. Plan validation tasks, provide hands-on manual tests, and ensure accurate documentation for product workflows. Support client beta testing, train personnel on new releases, and investigate critical client issues. Actively participate in the Agile software development process by adhering to Scrum ceremonies and SDLC guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development lifecycle experience
- Agile development methodologies
- Jira
- Workflows for post trade confirmation, matching, and clearing
- Venues such as CTM, TradeNexus, OSTTRA Trade Manager, Traiana, etc.
- SWIFT and trade settlements
- System integrations using API's, FIX, and file-based data exchange
- Ability translating business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical product specification documents
- Take initiative and work independently
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation skills
- Advanced writing skills, including the ability to abstract/summarize highly detailed information
- Analytical skills, including understanding complex data sets and the ability to reconcile conflicting data
- Technical background, including familiarity with SQL
- BS Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or study of Business with an MIS background
- MS/MBA

- Knowledge of cloud architecture
- Knowledgeable in one or more CRD functional areas
