Job Summary
Plan, design, and execute business plans and marketing strategies for consumer loan products to drive client acquisition and maximize revenue. Launch new products and revamp existing offerings while re-engineering the digital onboarding journey. Coordinate with technology and external vendors to enhance mobile app acquisition platforms and optimize website SEO. Monitor marketing program effectiveness, oversee alliance partners, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Drive process improvements to achieve acquisition targets and product financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder or equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years solid experience in Consumer Loans
- Knowledge in management
- Good communication skill
- Excellent command of Chinese and English
- Proactive
- Excellent business and marketing sense
- Able to drive initiatives independently
