Assistant Vice President, Prime Finance Middle Office Analyst

Assistant Vice President, Prime Finance Middle Office Analyst role based in Australia (Hybrid). Responsible for as-the-point-of-contact with external counterparties, running daily exposure reports, handling cash/non-cash collateral, coordinating settlement processes, managing funding with Triparty agents, and addressing escalations across stock lending and collateral management. Duties include reconciliation and discrepancy resolution, enhancing automation and process improvements, and performing end-of-day checks with risk/audit compliance. The ideal candidate has a degree or equivalent, APAC market knowledge in middle office/prime finance, strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and effective communication with Trading Desks and operation teams. The position requires adaptable, proactive collaboration across groups and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a global financial services firm.
