Job Summary
Lead Transfer Agency operations for Securities Services, managing a team across Deal Processing, Investor Registration, Corporate Actions, Reconciliations, Cash processing and Settlements to TA clients. Ensure delivery against client service levels, oversee risk management and governance, and partner with country offices and front-office teams. Responsibilities include capacity reporting, recruitment and training, incident/ errors reporting, and driving process improvements. Requires a graduate/post-graduate degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking, 10-12 years of TA/fund services experience, strong leadership, and CISI certifications. Multicultural collaboration and ability to drive teams forward are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/post-graduate degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking
- Knowledge of securities industry essential
- At least 10-12 years of prior experience in Transfer Agency & Registrar or Fund services operations
- CISI – Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment Certifications
- Understanding of Market and Mutual Fund operations
- Demonstration of strong knowledge of TA Operational Transaction Activity for the UK/Europe/Asia industry specifically Luxembourg Transfer Agency is desirable
Desired Qualifications
- CISI – Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment Certifications
- Strong inter-personal and decision-making skills
- Experience leading TA/Registrar or Fund services operations
- Knowledge of CASS (Client Money), IMR (Investor Money regulations), GDPR, FATCA and CRS
- Understanding of Market and Mutual Fund operations
- Experience in risk governance and process re-engineering beneficial
- Multi-cultural collaboration experience
- Graduate/post-graduate degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking
