Job Summary
AVP of Mitigation Operations responsible for enforcing SOPs across multiple locations, conducting field and office audits, identifying operational gaps, and implementing corrective actions to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable restoration projects. Lead training of Operations Managers, Project Managers, Crew Chiefs, and Technicians; drive accountability and performance through coaching, reviews, and development initiatives; monitor project performance, labor and equipment utilization, and margins; report KPIs to executive leadership and support growth across locations. Travel frequently to Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi sites, with overnight stays. Requires 7+ years of restoration/mitigation operations leadership and strong expertise in Xactimate, job costing, and restoration workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of restoration or mitigation operations experience
- Strong leadership experience in water, fire, mold, storm, or disaster restoration
- Strong understanding of Xactimate, job costing, production metrics, margins, and restoration workflows
- Experience coaching and developing operational leaders
