Job Summary

Senior financial leader responsible for GAAP-based accounting operations, external audit oversight, budget and cash management, endowment fund stewardship, and ERP/system modernization in a nonprofit higher education setting; partners with EVPFO/CFO, provides strategic financial analysis, builds internal controls, leads finance team.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible accounting and financial management experience, including senior-level leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fund accounting and GAAP/FASB standards in a higher education or nonprofit environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience with enterprise financial systems and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
