Job Summary
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year modeling while managing accounting operations, audit coordination, and internal controls. Oversee financial reporting, data analysis, and decision support for senior leadership, alongside cash flow and treasury management in partnership with the VP. Provide financial oversight for Facilities and Auxiliary Programs, including dining services and revenue-generating operations, while leading the development of a high-performing finance team. Support select institutional initiatives and special projects to ensure the school's financial infrastructure supports a complex institution with clarity and foresight. Steward financial operations at a scale comparable to a small college, serving as a trusted advisor to the VP of Finance and Operations.

Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred
