Job Summary
The Assistant Vice President in Central Compliance will oversee employee compliance, financial crime compliance, compliance projects, governance, and regulatory engagement. Key responsibilities include supporting the implementation of the Group’s Employee Compliance program, enhancing the financial crime prevention program, leading compliance projects, liaising with regulatory bodies, and facilitating compliance reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 10 years' experience in regulatory compliance, preferably at the management level. Strong communication, analytical skills, and fluency in English and Chinese are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Law, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in regulatory compliance, with at least 10 years at a management level
- Knowledge and hands-on experiences of compliance frameworks, policies, processes and controls
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and inter-personal skills; ability to work with stakeholders at different levels
- Fluent in English and Chinese
