Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations for the SOF GLSS contract, developing operational strategies aligned with USSOCOM objectives. Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and USSOCOM directives while leading cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and supply chain performance. Monitor KPIs for continuous improvement and mentor site leads to ensure accountability. Requires a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in operations leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in operations leadership
- At least 5 years supporting DoD or federal contracts
- Strong understanding of sustainment operations, performance-based logistics, and government compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting platforms
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Familiarity with DCMA protocols and government audit standards
- Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or equivalent
