Assistant Vice President, Core Banking Services

Lead the planning, management, and delivery of software products supporting key business functions. Partner with internal departments to translate needs into innovative product solutions that elevate member and employee experiences. Serve as a subject matter expert on Core Banking platforms, systems, policies, and procedures. Drive the strategy, implementation, and delivery of the Core Banking modernization program, specifically focusing on co-existence as an enabler for migration to a new core banking platform. Provide strategic support to executive leadership by contributing to the development and execution of long-term organizational plans.
