Job Summary
AVP overseeing Operations Support with 18 direct reports; lead the team through delegation, performance evaluations, staffing, and disciplinary actions; coach team in disputes investigation activities; ensure quality/efficiency of operations and alignment with Citi policies; provide SME guidance to senior stakeholders, assess risk, and escalate/control issues; 24x7 IST shift coverage in a role requiring independent judgment and strong leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience managing a team
- Experience in analyzing business requirements
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proactive leadership and motivational skills
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
