Job Summary

Manage end-to-end primary and excess casualty liability claims for contractors, manufacturing, hospitality, and premises-related general liability, evaluating coverage issues and preparing comprehensive coverage letters. Negotiate settlements within designated authority levels while collaborating with outside counsel to optimize litigation strategies and oversee vendor billing practices. Present severity and trend analyses to internal partners and external clients, and travel for mediations, conferences, and settlement conferences. Apply sound judgment with AI-enabled tools to interpret insights and adapt to evolving technology.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of Casualty Claims experience
  • Experience working with high exposure claims and complex towers of insurance coverage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple client projects at the same
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a team, interact with others, meet deadlines, and successfully perform in a changing work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • High exposure/complex claim exposure evaluation skills
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills
  • High degree of influencing skills
  • Must have multiple adjusters' licenses or willing to obtain licenses where needed
  • Availability for occasional travel

Desired Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate Degree preferred, but not required
