Job Summary
Lead the function at the intersection of business, technology, and data to drive AI-enabled improvements across the organization, overseeing core and digital banking platforms, data, business intelligence and reporting, automation, and AI capabilities. Guide project delivery and cross-functional solutions, collaborating with executive leadership to elevate how data, automation, and AI are applied in practical banking contexts. Build and lead a high-performing team, establish structure for complex, cross-functional initiatives, and partner with infrastructure and security leadership. Eligibility for credit union membership is expected as part of joining the team.
