Job Summary
Manage funding for designated legal entities by executing FX, money market, and securities trades while providing liquidity risk counsel to lines of business. Forecast sources and uses of funds across entities and currencies to develop appropriate funding plans, balancing stability, price, and accessibility in changing conditions. Monitor interest rate and liquidity gap risks within established metrics, hedge exposures where necessary, and manage excess liquidity to achieve maximum efficiency. Coordinate flows with international peers, correct forecast misses, and ensure compliance with local regulations including Dodd Frank and Volcker rule. Submit daily benchmark data and participate in technology enhancement projects to support operational excellence and robust control environments.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with quantitative focus
- Relevant experience of at least 5 years in Money Market / FX activities
- Good working knowledge of money markets, foreign exchange, bond and swap markets
- Thorough understanding of local regulations
- Strong ability to communicate effectively across a broad range of constituents including seasoned teammates, upper management and disparate business partners
- Strong Excel skills
- Word and Powerpoint proficiency
- Treasury Dealer License and/or Bond Trader license holder
