Job Summary
Design practice and administer a comprehensive varsity speech program alongside the head coach. Supervise student athletes while instructing fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training required for individual and team success. Uphold district rules and procedures through direct instruction that models socially acceptable character development, self-discipline, and confidence. Continuously upgrade knowledge via coaching clinics, observations, and consultation to support student athlete growth and pride of accomplishment.
Required Qualifications
- Has previous successful coaching experience in assigned activity", "substantial knowledge of the speech activity", "continue to examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field", "serve as an appropriate role model for student through his/her instructions and actions
