Job Summary
Assist the head coach in duties related to coaching the Varsity team, including supervising practice areas, developing positive public relations for the school and community, recommending equipment purchases, supervising locker rooms, providing up-to-date medical procedures for athletic injuries, modeling professional conduct for students, ensuring eligibility and insurance coverage for participants, and knowing the latest rules and district policies for interscholastic sports; must communicate effectively and perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor; position typically seasonal with responsibilities aligned to athletic program leadership and student mentorship.
