Job Summary
Assist the head coach in designing and leading practices while supervising student-athletes within the comprehensive wrestling program. Work closely with the varsity head coach to support and administer the program, ensuring all activities follow ISD 518 rules and procedures. Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for individual and team success. Model behaviors that promote character development, self-discipline, and teamwork, serving as a positive role model through instruction and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of wrestling
Desired Qualifications
- Previous successful coaching experience in the assigned sport preferred
