Job Summary
Assistant Varsity Boys Wrestling Coach to supervise and mentor student-athletes, foster a positive team culture, ensure safety, organize meetings with parents, manage forms and concussion paperwork, assist with equipment and uniforms, enforce eligibility rules, prepare facilities, supervise locker rooms, attend practices/games, and support communication of outcomes; requires Iowa coaching license or ability to obtain, and a high school diploma or equivalent; stipend for 2026-27 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Must have or be able to obtain an Iowa Coaching license
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work well with others and willingness to assume responsibility
- Ability to effectively supervise students while maintaining a positive relationship with them
- Capable of representing the school in a professional manner (confidentiality, communication, attendance, dress)
