Job Summary
Assistant Valuer in the Industrial Valuations team based in Sydney CBD. You will assist with preparation of valuation reports, participate in property inspections and documentation, contribute to valuation advice under supervision, maintain and update property and market databases, and source relevant transaction data to support valuation outcomes. Ideal for a recent property graduate with strong attention to detail, relationship-building skills, and proficient MS Excel and Word abilities; you will be mentored by experienced specialists in a collaborative Colliers environment.
